2015 Golf Outing

Mid-America's annual golf outing will be held on September 12 at Lincoln Oaks Golf Course in Crete, IL. 

The golf outing will follow a scramble format with a shotgun start. The tee time will be at 8:30 am with a buffet lunch to follow.

Various gifts and prizes will be awarded to participants and for the winners of contests such as longest drive, longest putt, closest to the pin, etc.

If you are unable to attend, consider making a donation or being a sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities are listed on the back side of the registration form.

Directions:

Lincoln Oaks Golf Course is conveniently located at 395 E. Richton Road in Crete, IL. All major Highways converge on Lincoln Oaks making travel easy and convenient. Take Route 394 to Crete and go west on Richton Road.
